E - Tocopherols + Tocotrienols
Vitamin E is a group of eight fat-soluble compounds: 4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols.
Vitamin E deficiency is rare, and usually due to improper digesting dietary fats.
Daily recommendation for adults is 7-15 mg.
Both the tocopherols and tocotrienols occur in α (alpha), β (beta), γ (gamma) and δ (delta) forms, alpha-tocopherol (α-tocopherol) is the most biologically active.

- Pine nuts ~ 9 mg,
- Peanuts ~ 8 mg.
