I am planning a new computer for the next several years. It has been a while since I dealt with a workstation computer, and things had changed.
My video editing laptops are 5-, 10-, and 15-year old now, and only the last one can handle 4K footage, slowly.
I am used to its 4K monitor by now, and I am a bit worried that this resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) on a bigger monitor would be disturbing to my eyes, so I looking into the locally available options instead to find a color-correct display.
There processor and the graphic card need to be good, the memory is better 32G, but I can add more later, as I did on the Dell laptops.
After a long conversation with my friend, I am also looking for M.2 and liquid cooling.
