With a nice dress and a new professional camera on, I went to make a few shots of my area from the air, and ended up flying an airplane (Piper Arrow) for the first time, thanks to my friend Trevor Bartlett.

Needless to say, both my good camera and the dress were only in the way.

We started in Carlsbad, flew along the Pacific Coast over Torrey Pines, Black's Beach, Point Loma, San Diego Bay, the International airport, then back North to the Oceanside airport where we landed, and than back to the Palomar airport.
