Pure Cotton
All art grounds made out of hundred percent cotton, canvases and papers.
Cotton paper, also known as rag paper, is made from 100% cotton fibers, and is known to last hundreds of years without appreciable fading, discoloration, or deterioration. Rag papers are superior in both strength and durability to wood pulp-based papers, which may contain high concentrations of acids.
Most pure cotton papers I use are watermarked, and some are made by hand.
